Buffalo Beans & Greens

PREPARE:
1/2 cup dry rice in a rice cooker will make enough for two servings. You can use quinoa if you like eating ants.

FRY:
1 package organic extra firm tofu butchered to create 36 little cubes; we like cubes.
2 tbsp peanut oil
? tbsp franks red hot sauce

for best results add a few splashes of franks every few minutes – at all stages of cooking. and more at the end. you will have a salty, spicy, crispy-on-the-outside, firm-on-the-inside tofu.

MICROWAVE:
1 can pinto or black beans , seasoned

STEAM:
1 bunch of throughly washed kale
i like to just throw the thoroughly washed kale in a 6qt pot, cover, and put on the heat. fold it over a little when it starts to melt. done.
season with a dash or braggs liquid aminos, a shake of garlic powder, and a crack of pepper

SHRED:
1 carrot

In a bowl arrange the rice, beans, kale, tofu, carrot – in that order.
Serve with none other than Ranch Dressing.
