1 package extra firm tofu
pan fried with peanut oil,
sesame oil,
chili garlic paste
1 (8-ounce) package soba noodles prepared to package directions
1 red bell pepper sliced
1 carrot shredded sliced longways
veggies are fried after tofu is almost there
2 tablespoons peanut oil*
2 tablespoons low-sodium tamari sauce or low-sodium soy sauce*
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter*
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice or rice wine vinegar*
1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce*
1 garlic clove, crushed*

Put prepared soba noodles into the tofu and veggies.
Pour the sauce into tofu and veggies and noodles.
